30 Seconds to Calm…

Good morning! Happy Friday! Rise and shine! It’s going to be a great day! Endorphins anyone?? I just finished my workout and wanted to share another quick tip with you. If you’re anything like me, you might be tired of reading by Friday, so it’s a very quick video teaching alternate nostril breathing, which is EXCELLENT for calming agitation, insomnia, and clearing the mind and lungs. You can do it anywhere – while you’re walking, in your office, or in your car. Commit 30 seconds and you’ll be thanking yourself for hours. Namaste!
